Here’s How We Increase Voter Turnout
STOP TRUMP stands for Stop These Oppressive People: Tyrants, Racists, Unqualifieds, Misogynists, and Propagandists. We’re focused on standing up to Donald Trump and the MAGA movement until its defeated once and for all.
Our sole focus is mobilizing Democratic voters. As an affiliate of Progressive Turnout Project, we utilize innovative voter contact approaches that allow us to connect with inconsistent Democratic voters at their doors, through personal networks, via handwritten postcards, and other data-driven and cost-effective strategies. We don’t spend a single dollar on ineffective and wasteful strategies like television ads.

STOP TRUMP is mobilizing nationwide to defeat Trump’s enablers at every level from Congress to the states. We’re strategically investing in the races that will create the biggest obstacles to Trump’s extremist agenda and restore accountability to our democracy.

Take Back the House
We need to flip just 3 seats to remove extremist Mike Johnson from the Speaker’s chair and take back the House of Representatives. Johnson has deep ties to far-right Christian movements and has pushed dangerous anti-LGBTQ+ legislation while serving as Trump’s puppet in Congress. A Democratic House majority would serve as a critical check on Trump’s agenda.

Take Back the Senate
With Trump’s VP now holding the tie-breaking vote, we need to flip 4 Senate seats to win back control and block Trump’s most extreme appointments. Vance spent his brief Senate career opposing aid to Ukraine and supporting Trump’s most divisive policies. A Democratic Senate majority is essential to stopping Trump’s judicial picks and Cabinet extremists.

The nation’s most extreme governors are pushing anti-immigrant policies and eliminating diversity programs while refusing federal healthcare funding. We’re watching 10 competitive gubernatorial races nationwide where defeating Trump allies like Greg Abbott can protect democracy at the state level and block extremist policies that hurt working families.
